Role of the Teaching Assistant
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teachers by handling various tasks that allow educators to concentrate on delivering effective lessons. Your responsibilities will include providing assistance to students, reinforcing learning concepts, and helping manage classroom activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize Learning Materials: Prepare and distribute project resources, set up equipment, and track attendance.

- Supervise Activities: Oversee snack times and other related duties to ensure a smooth classroom experience.

Health and Safety Focus
Ensuring a safe environment for students is paramount. You will be responsible for implementing health and safety policies and ensuring students are securely seated during transport. Monitoring students on the bus and reporting any concerns will also be part of your role.
